Entry Fee
2K/10K Hampshire residents: $25
2K/10K Non-residents (nr): $30
2k only- 12 years of age and under: $15/$20nr

Race Day Registration
On race day, August 4th at the Hampshire Middle School registration will be
open from 7:00am to 7:45am. No entries will be accepted after 7:45am
Race Bags
Entry fee includes a T-shirt and race bag if registered by July 1, 2019. Registrations after July 1, 2019 are NOT guaranteed a T-shirt. (Currently all sizes of t-shirts are available! edited: 7/9/19)
Race bags will be available starting MONDAY, July 29th at Noon at the Hampshire Township Park District, 390 South Avenue, Hampshire or pick up the day of the race. You may pick up your race bag during office hours that week through 5:00pm on August 2nd.
Awards
AN AWARD CEREMONY WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 2K RACE.
Medals will be given to the top 3 males and 3 females finishers in each age division (10K & 2K).
Plaques (10K only) to the top male and top female overall finishers and the top male and female finishers who reside in Hampshire.
NO DUPLICATE AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED.
Divisions
Female and Male: 7U, 8-12, 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Resident and Non-Resident Rates:
A resident is defined as anyone who lives within the Hampshire Township Park District boundaries. Not all Hampshire addresses are located within the Hampshire Township Park District. Click here to view the Boundary Map. Residents, by paying property taxes make a financial contribution to the operating budget of the park district. Non-Residents are welcome to register for programs at the Non-Resident Rate (nr) as noted per program or new this year: non-residents may present their tax bill to the park office and pay the resident tax rate for the year to join programs for the resident rates. Race begins and ends at the Hampshire Middle School, 560 S. State Street, Hampshire, IL 60140
The race will go on regardless of weather conditions
Directions:
Hampshire is located on Illinois Route 72, approximately 15 miles west of
Elgin. From the West on I-90, follow the signs at Hampshire-Marengo Exit
from I-90. Coming from East on I-90, take Illinois 47 Exit and turn left
(South). Go South on 47. Turn right (West) on Illinois route 72 and go
approximately four miles to State Street. Turn right onto State Street and
turn left on Edgewood Ave., the school entrance will be on your left.

- Strollers (permitted in 2K only)
- Bikes, skates, and dogs are not permitted in the races.
- Splits called every mile
- Aid and water stations will be available during the race.
- Results kiosk will be available at the finish area. Instant computerized results will NOT be mailed. Please pick up your results tickets at the end of the finishing gate
